Though she's a very successful sportswoman, her work as a Fox Sports Journalist is exemplary. However she is better known as the wife of the famous golfer Sergio Garcia. Angela Akins Garcia actually lived an unnoticed life prior to her marriage to the sport star. It is the reason why there are few details regarding her past. While it's been proven the fact that she was born in the year 1985, the exact month as well as the day of her birth are still unknown to the public. Angela Akins Gracia became interested in sport when she was an teen and started to play golf. When she was a kid, she developed a passion for sports, and she decided to try golf. Over the years she increased her knowledge. As a highschool student she was a winner of 8 tournaments. Garcia was the captain of Mable Falls the high school team, and took the team to third place in regional competition in 2003. They then came 6th in 2006 as they were the 6th-placed team. There is no question that Garcia is an extremely talented golfer. There are more than 17 medals to her name at the national level. Furthermore she's a proud part of the Women's Texas Golf Association. Following her graduation from high school Garcia went on to Texas Christain University studied there for a few years before transferring into University of Texas. University of Texas. At the University she was able to play on a bigger level and she honed her skills with time. Angela Akin Garcia was a excellent golfer, but she had no idea of pursuing a career as a golfer. Her choice was to study journalism instead. So after graduating from the University, she was offered a position as a reporter for Fox Sports Southwest.
